Many people watched the inauguration of Joe Biden yesterday with many differing opinions of what a step in the right direction of unity might be. One highlight that wasn’t Republican or Democrat was the reading of “The Hill We Climb” by Amanda Gorman. This young women of the age of 23 stood in front of our nation and expressed beautifully how we may come from different backgrounds but we are truly all American. Below is a link to her poem reading.
